Working with the Pottermore senior management team, I created initial concepts of the Pottermore Shop and facilitated usability testing to help iterate the design.
I worked with the client’s build agency to see the website through to launch.
The press described the launch of the Pottermore shop as ‘publishing’s Beatles moment’. Selling, £1M of digital Harry Potter books in the first three days.
